Our Honey
Every jar of our honey begins with the quiet work of our bees, moving from blossom to blossom across
the wild meadows and heather-covered hills of the Scottish Borders. Throughout the seasons, they
gather nectar from a natural mix of wildflowers, woodland blooms, and hillside plants — creating
a flavour profile that simply cannot be replicated anywhere else.
We treat our honey with the same respect our bees show the land. Once collected, it is gently extracted
and lightly filtered, never overheated or heavily processed. This careful approach protects the honey’s
natural enzymes, aroma, and smooth texture, allowing it to retain all of its nutritional goodness.
The result is a rich, golden honey full of depth and character — sweet, fragrant, and shaped by the
landscape itself. Each batch is slightly different, reflecting the flowers in bloom and the rhythm of
the seasons. Whether enjoyed on warm toast, stirred into tea, or used in your favourite recipes, our
honey brings a taste of nature’s purity to every moment.
